Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Beaver Agency (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Scope of Services

Beaver Agency provides creative and digital services, including but not limited to:

• Brand strategy and identity

• Product and UI/UX design

• Website design and development

• Creative campaigns

• Ongoing creative and design support

Each engagement will have an agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, and working arrangement before work begins. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time or fees.

Engagement & Communication

Every project begins with an initial discussion to understand your goals, requirements, timeline, and expectations.

Communication will take place through agreed channels such as email, messaging platforms, or scheduled calls. Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals to keep projects moving smoothly.

Payment Terms

Payment terms depend on the type of engagement.

• Project-based work may require an upfront deposit before work begins

• Retainer services are billed on a recurring monthly basis

• Payment must be completed according to the agreed schedule

• Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced

• Additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately

Late or overdue payments may result in work being paused until the account is brought up to date.

Revisions & Feedback

Revisions are included according to the agreed scope or engagement.

We encourage clear and consolidated feedback to keep the process efficient. Significant changes to an approved direction, new requirements, or work outside the original scope may be treated as additional work.

For retainer engagements, requests are handled based on the agreed monthly capacity and priorities.

Intellectual Property

Final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Beaver Agency retains ownership of unused concepts, explorations, working files, internal processes, and other materials that were not included as final deliverables.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise.

Cancellation & Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice.

For project-based work, payments already made for completed or ongoing work are non-refundable.

For retainer engagements, cancellation terms will follow the notice period agreed upon at the start of the engagement.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Any updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued engagement with Beaver Agency after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
